Job Summary This team is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality marketing and sales collateral that aligns with company branding and business needs. They manage the full lifecycle of design projects, from intake and concept development through design, compliance review, and final production. Working within established brand guidelines and templates, the team collaborates closely with Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and external customers to ensure accuracy and consistency. The role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop print and digital marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, flyers, and sales materials) in alignment with brand standards. Manage project workflow from intake through completion, including coordination with stakeholders, designers, and compliance teams. Ensure brand consistency by adhering to and maintaining established guidelines, templates, and visual standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and external vendors (e.g., print shops) to deliver accurate, compliant materials. Organize and maintain creative assets, including image libraries and design files, while managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail and timelines. Skills and Background You’ll Need Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media or similar. Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital media or similar Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Photoshop Knowledge of the print process including file setup, prepress check, and final finishing (Color mode, resolution, Vector vs. Raster, bleed and margins, crop marks, and packaging files) Candidates must be prepared to provide a portfolio demonstrating relevant experience, including project overviews and outcomes Key Behaviors of a Successful Candidate Adaptability: Sees possibilities in changing circumstances, accepts and understands change and alters behavior as necessary. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance. The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data. Salary Range: $66,000.00 - $96,250.00 Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
