Remote Hospice Social Worker

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Social Worker in Pennsylvania.
- Previous experience in hospice or palliative care is highly desirable.
