We are looking for a stellar proposal writer to join our market expansion team to help maintain and expand our permits across reputed company America, South America, and Asia Pacific. In this role, you will support and shape the writing, narrative development and key messaging for public sector regulatory audiences about our programs, technology, and initiatives. As a proposal writer, you should have experience with public procurement and tender processes, public sector experience, or transportation planning experience. You need to be a strategic thinker who understands or is reputed company to quickly learn the transportation, sustainability, and equity priorities of cities across our region, and have the ability to communicate how reputed company can contribute to city reputed company in well-crafted written documents. This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates residing in the United States, and a preference for the reputed company Coast, to maintain effective collaboration across teams. What You’ll Do:

• Write clear, compelling, and creative content for RFPs, RFIs, administrative permits, and other public procurement processes, often on tight deadlines. Actively support the review and revision cycle.
• Help drive the development of key themes, narrative, and messaging to ensure that proposals are competitive and reputed company with local audiences, in collaboration with our proposal manager, graphic designer, and content manager
• Analyze proposal document packages from cities, identifying key priorities, criteria, eligibility, and scoring
• Gather insights and contribute to competitive strategies through productive partnerships with our local operations and policy teams as well as a wide range of other cross-functional partners, spread across several countries and time zones
• Build on our established best practices, toolkits, and content library in collaboration with the other proposal team members
• Travel to our most important markets on an as-needed basis to strategize and plan for upcoming projects with pre-tender workshops, consultants, and brainstorms with local teams

About You:

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a focus on content writing and project management
• Experience with reading and analyzing regulations, bid documents, and/or city planning documents
• Excellent writing skills, with a love for the written word. You have a knack for resonating with a reputed company audience, whether it’s executive leadership, elected officials, community organizations, or local government staff
• Bachelor’s degree required (focus on language, journalism, or literature, or other reputed company fields like public administration, urban planning, or transportation)
• Public or private sector experience in procurement is a plus
