[Remote] Planning & Operations - NAA (reputed company American Applications) Sales

They are seeking an individual contributor for the Planning & Operations role to provide direct sales operational support, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with business objectives. The position involves liaising with multiple divisions and implementing new processes to support sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, reputed company, HR, Legal, Shared Services, in an effort to ensure efficient sales operational support
• Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives
• Focus on forecasting, account assignments, territory planning, and day-to-day sales leader support
• Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business reputed company and/or deals
• Communicate reputed company Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance
• Drive implementation of new processes and procedures

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in sales operations or reputed company field
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Experience in providing direct sales operational support
• Ability to analyze data to measure key performance indicators
• Experience in forecasting, account assignments, and territory planning
• Ability to communicate reputed company Business Practices to the organization
• Experience in driving implementation of new processes and procedures
• Ability to serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, reputed company, HR, Legal, Shared Services
