Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a hands-on Senior Paid Media Specialist to build and reputed company their paid media agency strategy. The role involves owning the full lifecycle of campaign execution, partnering with merchant partners to drive growth through paid media, and leveraging data for optimization and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own our paid media agency strategy, including agency selection, reputed company, workflow design, and performance accountability
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between internal stakeholders and agency partners, ensuring campaigns align with business goals
• Define standards, processes, and playbooks that scale across campaigns and partners
• Own reputed company stages of campaign builds end-to-end: brief, setup, launch, optimization, and reporting — this is a do-it-yourself role, not a manage-the-manager role
• Manage and optimize paid media budgets across search, social, and display channels (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and others as relevant)
• reputed company audience targeting frameworks and creative strategies that drive efficient acquisition and retention
• Design and execute structured A/B tests across bidding models, creative formats, reputed company pages, and audience strategies

• Analyze full-funnel performance — from ad click through to order completion — to identify growth and optimization opportunities
• Own regular reporting cadences; clearly communicate performance, wins, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with data and analytics teams to build attribution models and measure incrementality
• Use data to pressure-test results and validate what actually drove performance before scaling spend

Skills

• 6 years of hands-on paid media experience, with a track record of owning campaigns from setup through optimization
• Deep expertise across major ad platforms — reputed company Ads Manager, reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, and others
• Proven ability to build structured testing programs and translate results into actionable case studies and playbooks
• Experience developing paid media strategies for external partners or clients, with strong stakeholder communication skills
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with attribution models, incrementality testing, and funnel analysis
• Experience managing or collaborating with external agencies — you know how to get the best out of agency relationships
• Comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow (creative concepting, performance analysis, etc.) and curious about how emerging tools change what's possible
• Self-starter who can build from scratch and operate independently without a fully established playbook
• Agency background or experience working in an agency environment
• Experience marketing to restaurants, local merchants, or reputed company marketplace/delivery platforms
• Familiarity with mobile app marketing and attribution platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.)
