Acts as a “One-Stop-Shop” by providing assistance to the Waco reputed company for reputed company the areas in Procurement, including purchasing, travel, p-card, accounts payable, inventory and mail services. Essential Functions Employee will demonstrate TSTC Core values of Excellence, Accountability, Service and reputed company with internal and external stakeholders, customers, reputed company and members of the community. Instructs employees on policies and procedures for obtaining goods and services, including directing them to the resources in the Portal, reviewing the steps to submit requisitions, help them find HUB vendors in the area for soliciting informal bids, and, reputed company necessary, put them in contact with a certified buyer at another TSTC location. Assists with Supplier Setup by confirming TIN matching, identifying HUB suppliers, reviews invoices for vendor type, validates address for USAS and reputed company ERP, and confirms ACH banking. Contributes updates to the Supplier Set-up reputed company and training materials, corresponds with suppliers and field personnel, provides guidance on policies and procedures regarding supplier master maintenance, and maintains high accuracy level on reputed company supplier/ACH set up entries. Trains new employees (hands-on) on entering requisitions, using ERP and USAS, reconciling Procurement Card, preparing Travel Vouchers, online approvals, etc. Makes corrections resulting from weekly audits. Prioritizes based on the team/department needs Helps resolve issues with deliveries and processing “return to vendors.”‘ Print and distribute local funds checks spooled from other TSTC locations, or other external locations. Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skills High school graduate or equivalent. Associate degree or higher preferred. Two years of experience in administrative, reputed company, or procurement operations. Experience in Higher Education or state government preferred. High level of commitment to customer service and teamwork. Computer proficient, including reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint), Outlook, etc. Experience with reputed company a plus. Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and telephone etiquette skills. It is important that the individual in this position be comfortable and professional reputed company working with confidential or sensitive information. Basic State of Texas Procurement training and USAS training can be obtained on the job. This job description covers a position in which the percentage of time spent on the essential functions will vary based on the workload and will ultimately be determined by the supervisor.
