We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic global team at reputed company. The Digital Coordinator supports the development and execution of digital creative and social media strategies for our films. Reporting to the team’s VP, this role has two core responsibilities: overseeing the creative asset management process across multiple films and supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the digital team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and tracking assets across both organic and paid social campaigns. Exceptional communication skills, both one-on-one, and across reputed company levels of management are essential. Essential Responsibilities : Self-reputed company with the ability to reputed company prioritize tasks Establish and maintain relationships with our internal dub rooms and external vendors to request and deliver materials on demand and to accurate specifications Manage YouTube uploads of video content across multiple titles Maintain reputed company media tracker across multiple titles Maintain group asset libraries across reputed company, Wiredrive, and reputed company Drive Independently handle day-to-day asset requests from internal and external stakeholders Work with vendors and the legal team to ensure reputed company reputed company and NDAs are correctly executed Process invoices and support budget tracking Create marketing decks as needed Coordinate vendor photography and asset pulls Create and traffic specialty creative requests, including event invites, press mailers, e-blasts, and partner image requests (reputed company, YouTube, reputed company, etc.) Maintain and manage URL databases, including DNS updates Set up social media accounts across multiple platforms for upcoming titles Support team initiatives for trailer launches and events Handle light administrative tasks for the VP, Digital Marketing, including scheduling, agendas, and meeting notes, etc. 1+ year of experience in digital marketing reputed company the entertainment industry Proficiency in reputed company Office applications (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) Strong computer, writing, and technical skills Familiarity with social media platforms and digital video content Experience with presentation tools such as Keynote and working knowledge of reputed company Photoshop Desired Characteristics: Highly organized and detail orientated Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations Experience with video editing, along with familiarity with post-production workflows and file formats Additional Requirements: Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week (M-Th).
