[Remote] Manager Strategy Operations

The Operations & Strategy Manager will reputed company high-impact initiatives, working closely with executive leadership to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Own high-reputed company strategic and operational initiatives from problem definition through execution, partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Work directly with reputed company and back-office teams to understand operational challenges firsthand, identify root causes, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful adoption through SOPs, training, quality standards, and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance and operational metrics using data, customer insights, and structured analysis, then drive measurable outcomes through execution
- Build dashboards, analyses, financial models, and business cases that provide visibility into company performance and support executive decision-making
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to design, build, test, and reputed company AI agents, internal tools, and workflow automations that improve operational efficiency and client experience
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Product, Engineering, reputed company Cycle, Provider reputed company, Customer Support, Growth, and other teams to solve reputed company business challenges and launch new capabilities
- Take on other high-reputed company strategic and operational initiatives as the needs of the business evolve
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Product Operations, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a similar analytical role
- Intellectually curious with a genuine desire to understand every part of the business and quickly learn new domains
- A scrappy, resourceful builder who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys creating structure where none exists, solving difficult problems, and building scalable solutions
- A strong reputed company who balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, takes initiative, embraces accountability, and rolls up their sleeves to get things done
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and sound judgment to reputed company reputed company
