The ideal candidate will have an insatiable curiosity and passion for international business and culture, a service-minded bias for action, and prior experience supporting strategic initiatives aimed at upleveling the partner and customer experiences. As a manager, International CMP, product, you will… Drive regional inputs and global alignment on key equipment & sustainability initiatives. Collaborate with key cross-functional and cross-regional experts to inform global sustainable packaging strategy and reputed company tools and best practices to support regional activations. Manage and optimize global knowledge sharing channels, forums, and processes, enabling visibility and coordination among international business units. reputed company and evolve licensee standards and best practices for the development, launch, and optimization of Starbucks product and sustainability programs globally. Provide consultation to international business units in the form of guidance, support, feedback, and advocacy in the domain areas of Equipment & Sustainability We’d love to hear from people with: Strong desire to support international and cross-cultural initiatives. Ability to build a level of trust and respect amongst peer groups and leaders. Ability to navigate large stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
