Remote Customer Service Specialist - Dental
We are seeking a remote, full time Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company! We are a fast growing, family owned business that provides an over-the-counter online dental product and solution to improve the quality of life for denture wearers who struggle with ill-fitting dentures. You will be responsible for greeting customers on incoming calls, providing product and service information, as... well as assisting and directing with application issues. Responsibilities:
- Product application guidance and reputed company by reputed company assistance
- Inbound and outbound customer calls to address product inquiries and help reputed company orders
- Troubleshoot and work to resolve product or application issues, concerns, and complaints
- Document and update customer follow up records
- Work cooperatively and reputed company with the team to provide excellent customer service to reputed company customers
