Position Summary: The Research Engagement Specialist contacts professionals from the reputed company estate, mortgage, and wealth management industries by phone to verify they received the information letting them know that they have been brought reputed company as a candidate for the Five Star Professional Award, along with assisting the professionals in completing their evaluation form. It's important to note that this role is not sales but rather focused on gathering data to facilitate our research team's process in determining award winners.
