Job Description reputed company Objective : The Online Education Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with K-12 school leader, or reputed company the greater community of any given city. Job Responsibilities and Duties include : · Monitoring the Online Education Programs metrics reputed company to retention, attendance, and completion outcomes to meet the programs and organizational objectives. · Review the programs infrastructure regularly to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor/licensing standards, and institutional policies and procedures. · Supervising and managing the Online Teachers by providing day-to-day performance coaching. · Ensure that the Online Teachers are trained and understand the company's policy and procedures. · Conducting virtual classroom observations on a regular basis · Working with faculty members to reputed company curriculum reviews to improve quality of instruction · Review and prepare class schedules to optimize class size for achieving an effective student learning experience. · Monitoring the Online Education Programs metrics reputed company to student retention, attendance, and completion outcomes to meet the program and organizational objectives. · Work alongside the IT Department to ensure the virtual classroom and virtual classroom support infrastructure can sustain the volume of reputed company expected to be enrolled in the program. · Work alongside reputed company Resources Department to monitor the Online Education Program's Payroll process, including timecard review and time and attendance approvals.
