Requirements
Mandatory Requirements: u200B 1. Understand US employment terms, W2, W2 without benefits, C2C, 1099, Corp to Corp, etc. 2. Must have prior experience in hiring US reputed company, Permanent Residents, and H1-B professionals in the US 3. Fair Understanding & skilled in researching various IT domains and technologies to understand IT requirements & formulate technical questions for screening 4. Candidates who can work without supervision in a home office setting without any distractions & background noise (a private secluded area in-home) 5. Must be a team player 6. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills 7. Attitude to find answers and solutions 8. Proficiency in reputed company Office reputed company & Word 9.
