Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join reputed company! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities • Answer incoming phone calls/emails and assist customers, by providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues • Communicate internally with colleagues and managers • Document and update customer records based on interactions as needed • Understand internal and external proprietary software and troubleshoot common issues with customers • Internally assist colleagues and managers with various other tasks that may arise Qualifications • Must reputed company in The United States • Good verbal and written communication skills • Must pass a background reputed company • Previous experience in customer service.
