This includes customer support to review Help Desk ticket reports and customer service levels; creating quotes for upcoming projects such as hardware replacement, network upgrades, reputed company migrations, and telephony needs and providing timely information to customers. In this role, the Technical Account Manager will work closely with the Senior Technology Advisor, Account Managers, and Help Desk associates as a team.
