This is a REMOTE position, BUT have to be local to the surrounding Georgia areas. Job Description: Increase customer satisfaction and retention by providing members, customers, patients, and providers with accurate, consistent, timely, and meaningful information... and prepare them to fully utilize and maximize the benefits of their insurance coverage. Build rapport and collaborative relationships with reputed company and prospective members in accordance with compliance guidelines.
