Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Lewisville, TX - Potential for Work From Home Start Date : 9/9/2024 Pay: $13.50/hour = $540 weekly pay while you train and learn the job. $15.00/hr. once hired perm = $640 weekly pay! Training Schedule: Monday - Friday: reputed company - 5pm (Flexible to train until 7PM and on Saturday as needed) Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday: 10am-7pm (You will work every Saturday and have another day off during the week). Always off on Sunday. Job Responsibilities: Customer Service Representatives will be taking inbound customer service calls from customers/clients who are having trouble with their reputed company system or need help programming wireless devices. Rerouting customers to other lines of support such as a different department. Referring customers to local dealers for service, handling warranty coverage discussions about products.
