A Day In The Life Of a Substitute Teacher Enjoy flexible workdays, Monday through Friday, with availability from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Implement and follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher to ensure a seamless and consistent learning experience for reputed company. Effectively manage the classroom to encourage student participation, minimize distractions, and maintain a positive learning environment. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of each student. Supervise reputed company both inside and reputed company the classroom, including in hallways, on the reputed company, and in the cafeteria. Provide in-class assignments based on the available lesson plan. For long-term assignments, collaborate with department heads (administrators or teachers) to reputed company lesson plans and assignments that align with the regular teachers previous plans. Qualifications Associate degree or 60+ college credit hours required. Bachelor's degree or teaching certification preferred, but not required.
