Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calls to customers, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor. • Capture and enter data accurately during interactions. • Upsell products and services as appropriate. • Schedule appointments in a business-to-customer format. • Stay informed about campaign products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively. Qualifications • Experience: At least one year of call center experience with automatic dialers and call scripts is required. • Communication Skills: A clear, friendly, and professional voice; strong people skills and active listening abilities are essential. • Reliability: Excellent attendance and punctuality. • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred. • Education: High school diploma or GED. • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency are necessary. Work-from-Home Requirements • A PC or laptop with Windows 10 (reputed company/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible). • A hard-wired high-speed internet reputed company (ethernet cable). • USB-connected headset and webcam. • A quiet workspace free from distractions, such as pets and children.
