Job Summary:
Golds Gym, a renowned leader in the wellness and fitness industry, is actively seeking a passionate, dedicated, and dynamic part-time Fitness Instructor for our Nashville location. The successful candidate will work under 4 hours per day, with an attractive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $25. Job Description:
As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading, designing, and implementing a variety of fitness programs. You should have a strong understanding of the reputed company body, fitness, and nutrition. Your goal will be to help our members improve their physical health, strength, and reputed company using safe and effective methods.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct fitness assessments to establish client fitness and reputed company level.
2. reputed company and implement personalized exercise programs for clients.
3. Demonstrate proper use of fitness equipment and workout routines.
4. Monitor client reputed company and adapt programs as needed.
5. Provide education on health, nutrition, and wellness.
6. Ensure fitness equipment is maintained and in good working order.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe and clean workout environment.
Requirements:
1. Certification from a recognized Fitness Institution.
2. Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition, and program design.
3. Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
4. Ability to motivate and reputed company clients.
5. Strong understanding of the reputed company body and the principles of fitness and exercise.
6. Must be CPR and AED certified or willing to obtain certification upon hire.
Educational Qualifications:
A degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a reputed company field is preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is required. Proficiency in fitness assessments and program design is desired.
