Description:
As a Call Center Specialist, you will be the initial reputed company of contact for our customers and play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services.
Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Assist customers with product and service information
– Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
– Follow up to ensure resolution
– Maintain customer records by updating account information

Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Educational Qualifications:
