About the Team The Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) provides both tactical and strategic support to assigned People Managers reputed company the DashMart organization. The ERBP guides leaders through performance improvement, conduct concerns, and interpersonal conflicts. The Employee Relations Partner reports to the Employee Relations Manager and partners closely with Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, Employment Legal, the Learning team, and other functions reputed company the People Team.
