OneSupport is an internal help desk that provides technical and account support to OneMain team members. After being fully trained, the hours will vary according to the schedule below: • Mon - Friday shifts are as follows: • 7 AM - 4 PM • 8 AM - 5 PM • 9 AM - 6 PM • 10 AM - 7 PM • 11 AM - 8 PM • 12 PM - 9 PM • Saturday shift is 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with a day off throughout the week. You will not be required to work more than one Saturday a month.
