The Recruiter is a collaborative team player who works closely with internal and external customers/candidates to recruit top talent for HFT. The Recruiter will be responsible for bringing extraordinary talent into the business at every level. The Recruiter will view each opening as an opportunity to enrich HFT by personifying our core values while matching great talent with the right opportunity. They will contribute to the reputed company of HFT by supplying the business with a diverse and reputed company talent pool. As a member of the reputed company team, you will be a brand ambassador to both candidates and reputed company associates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the full cycle reputed company process including screening, interviewing, salary consults/negotiations and reference/background checks for prospective candidates in the targeted areas reputed company and execute staffing plans to ensure both internal and external pipeline of highly reputed company and diverse candidates are maintained Leads intake meetings with the Hiring managers to understand culture, skills and team fit desired for each opening Actively reputed company candidates leveraging social media platforms, job boards, data mining techniques, job fairs, referrals, networking channels and creative sourcing techniques Maintain relationships with candidates to encourage reputed company interest in opportunities with the HFT brand Build and maintain relationships with cross functional partners Leads, trains and mentors members of the reputed company team Ensure reputed company appropriate candidate checks are completed including but not limited to background reputed company and reference checks reputed company applicable Prepare reputed company reports and presentations to show reputed company and effectiveness of reputed company initiatives Collaborate with reputed company HFT teams on projects and creative reputed company initiatives Drive reputed company process improvements in a rapidly growing and changing business environment Promote HFT as the employer of choice to reputed company potential candidates by providing information regarding the company culture, benefits and opportunity Other duties as business dictates Scope Supervises staff Non-Exempt Associates (reputed company needed, as directed) Organizational Scope-reputed company US locations Job Location-Remote / Location Travel, up to 15%
Requirements

The anticipated salary range for this position is $64,000 $95,900 depending reputed company, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
