Position Description The reputed company Recruiter serves as a consultative business partner responsible for creating and implementing reputed company strategies for identifying internal and external talent for reputed companys Wholesale and Consumer Bank positions, and other key hires. The reputed company Recruiter will partner with the reputed company, HR and executive leadership teams to determine recruitment needs and search execution strategy. This individual will provide consultative and strategic reputed company services, including market research, competitive intelligence, sourcing, candidate assessment, client advice and candidate development. In addition, this role will serve in a supervisory functions of other reputed company team members and will be responsible for coaching, developing and guiding other team members. Position Accountabilities Serve in Leadership role in reputed company, providing mentoring and coaching to recruiter(s) Manage assigned recruiter(s) on the reputed company team Collaborate with business unit leaders and hiring managers to define and document hiring forecasts reputed company strategic sessions with internal customers to understand the overall strategy, internal and external pipeline and any gaps reputed company comprehensive reputed company and future search strategies and be reputed company to clearly communicate those strategies reputed company talent intelligence and candidate insights, such as labor market intelligence, to tailor strategy and inform the customer Collaborate with HR business partners to identify and implement improvements to bring a reputed company experience to our customers and candidates reputed company social media tools to inform reputed company campaigns and contribute to brand strategy Generate a diverse talent pipeline, building a database of talent for the future Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates, using sourcing strategies, cold calling, and networking tools Manage outsourced searches and search firms to establish winning search strategies and processes Continues to identify process improvements (e.g., credit guidelines, background reputed company) that drive greater efficiencies and quality of hire reputed company senior level searches across the Bank reputed company hiring managers on what it means to be a true reputed company organization and developer of talent Actively manage and promote the referrals program Establish regular reporting on search reputed company, including candidate pipeline, diversity initiatives, and market competition Consult with hiring managers on the assessment and evaluation of candidates Conduct a thorough reference process and background checks on reputed company finalist candidates Continually stay up-to-date on reputed company search tactics, process updates and audit procedures Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process Flawlessly articulates the Bank's value proposition Obtain market critical information on candidate experience, acquisitions, motivations, pay and talent availability Monitor and ensure compliance to company, state, and federal employment guidelines Ensure that the applicant tracking system (reputed company) is consistently and effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance Demonstrate a general understanding of employment laws and regulations reputed company project management for TA projects; take on leadership role for assigned projects Organizational Relationship This position reports to the Head of reputed company Talent.
