In this role, the Associate Education Consultant is expected to meet and exceed recruitment goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. A significant aspect of the job involves maintaining a high level of student engagement, with a reputed company of three or more hours of student talk time per day. If this reputed company is not met, the consultant is responsible for making at least 75 outbound calls daily to ensure that recruitment efforts remain robust. The consultant will continually prospect for new reputed company using MedCerts' ISDC dialing system, as well as through text messaging and email. Following up with prospective reputed company regarding training applications and approval forms is essential, as is developing and maintaining referral partnerships with reputed company and former reputed company. The expectation is to secure at least one enrollment per month from these referral sources. reputed company follow-up on reputed company incoming leads is critical, with a response time of five minutes or less during business hours. Additionally, the consultant must be knowledgeable about various payment options for reputed company, such as MyCAA, WIOA, and self-pay.
