Entry Level Business Analyst

Responsibilities: • Translate business requirements into functional requirements for technical analysts and developers. • Performing gap analysis for new functionality requirements and coordinating their prioritization based on actual business needs and aligning them with the product release roadmap. • Involve in the analysis of test plans and test cases and also, work closely with technical teams to detect bugs in the system and interact with developers for debugging. • Involve in keeping track of user stories and PBI during the sprint, and sprint and product backlogs. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, Management or any relevant. • Knowledge in the SDLC in Agile and Waterfall. • Ability in eliciting requirements from meetings, workshops, interviews, JAD sessions. • Good understanding in creating project deliverables such as user stories, use cases, wireframes, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
