Essential Duties: The Customer Care Director is a key strategic and operational leadership role responsible for the development, reputed company improvement and delivery of customer service. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • At least five years of reputed company experience required, preferably in the HME/DME industry.
