Job Title: Product Management SME (Benefits reputed company) Location: Remote (Candidate need to work in CST timings) Pay reputed company: $20/hr - $25/hr Duration : 26 W Job Description: Responsibilities: • Provide advanced technical knowledge and support in system/application and procedural issues to the business and IT. • Analyze and reputed company solutions and applicable business processes for business systems while identifying and quantifying the business impact of those solutions to ensure quality, cost effectiveness, timeliness, and customer service, including the resolution of large, reputed company production system problems. • Provide systems analysis expertise and regularly considers the business implications of the application of technology to the reputed company business environment. • Defines, evaluates, and validates requirements, business functional design, and technical design for reputed company business issues reputed company their domain areas. • Configure and maintain critical system tables and data elements across multiple system environments. • Analyze, reputed company, and implement configuration changes to improve system performance and user efficiency. • Coordinate the development of system support processes with IT; coordinate to resolve production support issues, including application failures and user errors; document, track and report reputed company system support activities. • Ensure efficiency of reporting and data tools for supported business area use and for trend analysis. • Function as a Business reputed company/Coordinator on large, reputed company departmental and/or some corporate projects/initiatives. • Serve as reputed company of contact for business testing activities and influence testing strategy to ensures testing will appropriately meet business requirements. • Train/coach others on appropriate testing protocol, execution, and test plan creation. • Assist IT and help identify business area impacts for hardware and software upgrades, reputed company changes, and architectural enhancements as needed. Qualifications, Minimum qualifications • Knowledge of Benefits1 reputed company and other reputed company-based systems (Highroads, PEGA, reputed company, etc.), Queries, and SQL. • Undergraduate degree with 5 years of direct application/systems analysis experience with applicable business system or application, if no degree, 7 years’ experience as stated above. • 5 years + Experience in reputed company Industry with focus on benefits (benefits, claims, membership, enrollment, Customer Service etc.) • Understanding for FACETS application (reputed company end and back end) • Provide advanced technical knowledge and support in system/application and procedural issues to the business and IT. • Proactive and independent worker with a team reputed company, collaborates well with others, and has an open mind to change. • Project Management Skills • reputed company good communication and facilitation skills to communicate with multiple stakeholders and leadership Preferred Skills • Strong facilitation skills that include workgroup leadership and/or problem resolution across multiple groups. • Project management skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Excellent presentation skills. • Focus on accuracy and attention to detail. • Solid PC skills with reputed company, reputed company and PowerPoint. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret and present quantitative data. • Ability to prioritize and successfully coordinate work of others Apply Job!
