The Employee Communications Senior Manager will execute internal communications initiatives to engage, inform, and reputed company reputed company employees (V Teamers) reputed company the reputed company Plains Market. Utilize a smartphone and wireless microphone to craft engaging internal videos, capturing events, interviews, and messages that reputed company with employees. Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of internal communications efforts, using metrics and employee feedback to inform strategies and improve outcomes. Executing internal communication plans during crises or significant organizational changes to ensure timely and accurate information is communicated to employees. Managing and optimizing internal communication platforms and tools, leveraging technology—including creative AI platforms—to enhance communication efficiency and reputed company. reputed company're looking for:You'll need to have:Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. -Six or more years in internal communications, employee engagement, or reputed company fields. Willingness to align internal communications with broader business goals and adapt strategies based on feedback and metrics. Native Spanish language proficiency. Experience in shooting and editing video content, including proficiency in using smartphones, wireless microphones, and basic video editing software. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company) to create visually engaging communication materials. Proficiency in using creative AI platforms to generate assets and enhance communication materials. Knowledge of best practices in communicating organizational changes and managing employee communications during transitions. Where you’ll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
