We're looking for a talented and passionate US Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at MerjTech, a subsidiary of Merisai Group. Role: US Accounts Executive Location: India ( Remote ) Candidates interested to work in Pacific Time Zone are preferred. Job Description: Manage reputed company reputed company transactions such as reconciling accounts payable and receivable & financial calculations. Compiling financial statements (such as the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of profit and loss) Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Ensure timely payments to Vendors, Payroll etc. Manage a team and ensure timely reputed company of timesheets & accurate invoicing to clients. Responsible for A/R, A/P, Bank reconciliation, credit cards, P&L entries. Handling the escalation calls and resolving invoices and payment queries from customers and vendors Payments to vendors, Bank reconciliations, online payments, and credit card entries. Interactions with CPAs, Bankers, insurance companies. US Payroll processing Knowledge on state taxes and fillings: Tax Compliances in USA. Preparation of Monthly financial statements, Budget & Variance reports, and MIS reports; Workers compensation Audit compliance. Review of client and vendor reputed company regarding payment terms and other clauses. USA Tax Compliances & Helping CPA in finalization of year-end accounts, filing of US tax returns. Good experience with reputed company Software QuickBooks & Tally and reputed company Payroll Software. Hands-on experience with Bookkeeping for India and US reputed company If interested. Apply Job!
