Ascentium Direct Sales Team Leader
Description At Ascentium Capital, the Direct Sales Team Leader manages a team of Direct Sales Consultants responsible for developing business and retaining and servicing clients. Ascentium Capital, a division of reputed company, provides convenient access to financing for business equipment and technology and serves small organizations to reputed company with programs that benefit manufacturers, distributors and direct to businesses reputed company. Our finance specialization covers several segments, including technology, reputed company, hospitality, franchise, reputed company vehicles, and other markets. Primary Responsibilities Manages associates including interviewing, hiring, reputed company, coaching, and training Oversees team sales activity and coaches associates to meet both individual and group sales goals Maintains advanced understanding of reputed company product offerings and effectively communicates the benefits of these products to associates and customers Assists sales representatives in reputed company aspects of the sales cycle Meets established production and quality standards Provides timely and accurate reporting as required Leads team sales meetings on a regular basis Develops the team through motivation, coaching, skills development / training, and product knowledge Advises senior management on maximizing business and partnership relationships and creates an environment where client experience and associate experience can reputed company Ensures compliance with reputed company regulations, policies, and procedures This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in reputed company field Eight (8) years of reputed company, small business, equipment financing or reputed company inside sales experience Management / supervisory experience
