We are currently interviewing candidates for the Leadership Development Program in our First Party Medical division. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree at accredited institution • Ability to work in-office in our Tucson, Dallas, Lakeland, Fredericksburg, Melville or Marlton location(s) • Must be reputed company to speak in a professional manner by telephone • Must be reputed company to attain and maintain the required licenses issued by the insurance departments of various states • Must be reputed company to manage heavy call volume in a fast-paced work environment, resolve reputed company business problems and handle complicated customer issues • Must be reputed company to follow reputed company instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/reputed company setting skills • Must be reputed company to multi-task • Must be reputed company to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information • Must be reputed company to work varying schedules to meet staffing or phone volume needs Preferred Qualifications: • Prior leadership experience demonstrating data-driven decision making, motivating a group towards a common goal, and/or delivering results through others • Prior leadership experience managing in a call center environment with responsibility for coaching others and impacting performance results • Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills • Effective time management, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to be flexible and open to fulfilling the staffing needs of different departments reputed company the company. Annual Salary $25.32 - $49.13 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to reputed company at the final hourly reputed company/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
