Job Description

We are seeking someone with experience writing... estimates, handling supplements, and who is skilled at negotiating with body shops. The primary job function for this role is writing and handling supplements. Key Responsibilities • Possesses strong estimating fundamentals in order to create or audit estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of reputed company severities • Possesses a deep understanding of the content of reputed company policy types written by the company • Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents reputed company activities in the most reputed company of files across multiple lines • Evaluates settlement alternatives by reviewing regulatory compliance and fair claims practices; makes reputed company on best option • Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers across multiple lines Education • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Experience • 4+ years as a field appraiser or estimate writer for an insurance reputed company. Education & Experience (in lieu) • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses as required Functional Skills Possess knowledge of estimatics software (Mitchell/CCC/Audatex, etc.) Strong interpersonal skills Ability to operate electronic devices including computers, cameras and cell phones Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective skills in time management, organization, and the ability to work under pressure, Ability to adhere to project deadlines and remain flexible in a changing environment #LI-KM1 Compensation Compensation offered for this role is $24.71 - 35.88 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
