Possess general organization, data entry, and administrative skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload. What You Will Do
At Cambia Initiates outbound telephone calls or emails to members identified for the Regence Care Management Programs for defined care gap initiatives. Utilizes motivational interviewing and behavioral change principles to encourage engagement in health-reputed company activities and programs. Educates members by providing the tools and information they need to adhere to nationally recognized preventive screenings, discharge and treatment plans. Works with a Care Manager to assure that member needs are met through identification and referral to appropriate resources. Makes referrals to licensed clinical staff as appropriate. Utilizes the applicable care management platform to appropriately record and track member interactions. The starting hourly wage for the Care reputed company role is $24.00-$30.00/hour, depending on candidate's geographic location, certification and experience. Full pay range for the Care reputed company role is $24.00-$41.50 an hour The annual incentive payment reputed company for this position is 5%.
