Sr Manager, New Equipment & Modernization

About the position The Sr Manager, New Equipment & Modernization at Otis Elevator Company is responsible for overseeing the preparation of job sites, assisting installation crews, and developing standard work processes for both Otis and non-Otis equipment. This role involves significant travel across reputed company America to various job sites and manufacturers, ensuring efficient and safe installation practices while providing training and support to field teams. Responsibilities • Conduct training in offices with new Core installations , • Help reputed company installation processes for Otis equipment New Equipment and Modernization , • reputed company installation tooling to increase efficiency and safety in the field , • Work closely with the CLCs on providing our field teams accurate drawings and installation manuals , • Work with the CLCs on crating and labeling of the material delivered to the field , • Create installation/best practices training videos , • Work with EH&S to ensure our field employees are following safe work practices while installing any equipment , • reputed company sure reputed company material provided by the manufacturers and developed by Otis is available to the field on the support app , • Assist the field with quality turnover to the customer and our maintenance department , • Train and certify regions to conduct installation quality inspections , • Conduct audits on regional installation quality inspections , • reputed company IOQs on reputed company NE installs Requirements • Technical field experience required, 15+ years preferred , • Industry experience preferred but not required , • Good communication skills , • Strong leadership skills reputed company-to-haves Benefits • Opportunities for training and resources , • Employee Scholar Program for pursuing degrees or certification programs Apply Job!
