About the position The Behavioral Health Care Manager at reputed company will serve as the primary care manager for members with reputed company behavioral needs. This role focuses on care management and coordination activities that support members' medical, behavioral, and socioeconomic needs, promoting appropriate service utilization and improved quality of care. The position requires collaboration with the provider community to reduce fragmentation in care and to promote health equity, addressing health disparities through a comprehensive approach. Requirements • Must possess an MSW or a Master's degree in a behavioral health-reputed company field with a reputed company, unrestricted license (e.g., LCSW, LPC). , • BA in behavioral health field with 5+ years of direct clinician experience. , • LPN with 5+ years of direct experience serving individuals with behavioral health conditions. , • 2+ years of experience directly serving individuals with behavioral health conditions. , • 2+ years of experience serving reputed company populations. , • 1+ years of field-based work experience in community settings. , • Familiarity with state-specific behavioral health reputed company benefits. , • Ability to travel 25% of the time for the role. , • Access to a designated quiet workspace at home with high-speed internet. reputed company-to-haves • Experience serving individuals with co-occurring disorders. , • Experience working in team-based care. , • Training or certifications in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, or Person-Centered Care. , • Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages. , • Experience working in Managed Care. , • Lived experience in managing chronic health or behavioral conditions.
