Need to attend in person meetings approximately 1x a month. Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET). M-F Job responsibilities: This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of Optima Health Sales Executives, Field Marketing Organization (FMO), GAs, and external brokers. The manager will cultivate and manage relationships with assigned Sales Executives, FMOs, GAs, and Brokers in their assigned territories to reputed company profitable new business growth objectives. Responsible for managing the sales process of Sales Executives, FMOs, GAs, Brokers. Will participate with direct prospects, and sales leads as assigned. Consistently meet or exceed department membership goals set annually. Present to and communicate with decision makers and key influencers. Oversees and conducts member education sessions as requested. Required qualifications: BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree required 5 years of experience in sales, customer relations or reputed company fields, preferred sales experience in health or health/life insurance industry. Certification to sell health or health/life insurance is required reputed company 60 days of being hired (L-HIL or L-LIFEHI).
