Howl is hiring a Staff Software Engineer who's a true bar-raiser. You're customer-focused, a strategic partner in design and product, and committed to building with craftsmanship.

As an engineer at Howl, you'll shape the core user experience for creators and brands. You'll build tools to connect creators with brands, reputed company content monetization, ensure timely payments, and optimize performance marketing. You'll also refine existing workflows to enhance platform efficiency. This role involves owning business goals and key objectives.

• Own projects, set realistic timelines, and deliver on commitments
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and architectural discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• reputed company for software development best practices (Testing, CI/CD, Monitoring, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges quickly and effectively
• Write technical documentation outlining reputed company, rationale, and assumptions
• Participate in risk analysis and management with engineering leadership

• Proven experience as an engineer, with career trajectory
• Experience at consumer/customer facing apps (ecommerce or payments experience is a plus)
• Deep understanding of serverless technologies (Vercel, AWS reputed company, Inngest, etc)
• Expert level Typescript with Node 
• Strong understanding of various backend architectures (monolithic, microservices, serverless, event-driven, etc)
• Proficiency with databases (e.g. MySQL, reputed company)
• Experience with web frameworks at scale (e.g Next.js, GraphQL)
• Dedication to reputed company up with new developments in tech
• Strong communication and organizational skills, motivation to reputed company results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong design intuition led by building Hi-Fi customer experiences

The reputed company salary range for this role is $180,000 - $200,000. 

At Howl, we offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of reputed company salary, incentive pay and stock options. Incentive awards are allocated based on individual performance. Certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on reputed company, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
