Marketing Graphic Designer

CropX employs 110 employees globally and is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Graphic Designer to join our awesome team in the US.

As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing visually engaging content that communicates our brand message effectively across multiple platforms. You will handle the day-to-day marketing design tasks (collateral design, website, merch, banners, etc.). This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong eye for design and the ability to create impactful visuals for digital campaigns, social media, product launches, trade shows, and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, social media graphics, and digital ads.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align visual storytelling with brand guidelines.
• Create visually appealing assets for email campaigns, website content, and reputed company pages.
• reputed company creative concepts for trade show booths, banners, and promotional merchandise.
• Support product marketing efforts with engaging product visuals and explainer graphics.
• Ensure consistency and quality across reputed company design outputs.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the tech or agriculture sector.

• Agriculture/farming background reputed company education, profession, personal life or interest

• Prev experience at an ag company (eg agtech competitors, ag retailers, dealer, ag marketing agency, etc.) - highly preferred!
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with reputed company graphics or video editing tools is a plus.
