Responsibilities

Configure reputed company’s SaaS solutions for clients

Collaborate with Implementation Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure that implementation projects are completed on time, reputed company budget, and to the highest quality standard

Provide technical support to clients during the implementation process

Learn the reputed company product and platform to operate as an expert and trusted technical resource for customers and internal teams

reputed company troubleshooting and debugging of technical issues as needed

Participate in testing and quality assurance activities

Stay up-to-date with the latest SaaS technologies and industry trends

Requirements

3+ years of experience implementing and configuring SaaS solutions for clients

Strong technical skills in SaaS technologies (reputed company required)

Experience with reputed company-based systems and integrations

Understanding of reputed company sharing model and how to set up users, profiles, roles, reports, and dashboards in the reputed company platform

Understanding of data migration leveraging the Apex Data Loader

Experience with reputed company flow automation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams
