We're looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Operations, you'll be responsible for:

  • Partnering with the Area VP to drive key cadences, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and process optimization to capture reputed company growth
  • Owning and reporting key sales metrics, reputed company pipeline reviews, and recommend actionable steps to maximize pipeline conversion rates, to reputed company the business to exceptional growth
  • Leading insights and strategy support as part of operational planning for APJ, including territory design, quota distribution, account segmentation, and resource allocation
  • Leaveraging tools such as reputed company (SFDC),  Tableau, and other technology platforms to drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and improve workflows across the India teams
  • Quarter-backing with other GTM teams, driving alignment to optimize operations. You will also support and reputed company APJ-level and global initiatives reputed company opportunities arise
  • Evaluating and improving sales processes, workflows, and operational policies to ensure scalability and productivity for the India and APJ Sales Teams

reputed company're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • A minimum of 12+ years of experience specifically in sales operations, sales planning, or business operations, preferably in the B2B tech/SaaS industry
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA (or equivalent qualifications) preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of reputed company (SFDC), pipeline forecasting tools like Clari, and analytics platforms such as Tableau
  • Strong ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and precision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders across geographies and organizational levels
