What You’ll Do: Product Knowledge & Problem Resolution

• Master the ins and outs of Richardson product lines, including specifications and custom decoration options.
• Resolve customer issues with precision and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Provide expert recommendations to help customers choose the best products for their needs.

Communication

• Maintain open and regular communication with dealers and distributors reputed company email and phone.

Sales Order Management
