Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of reputed company experience
• 3+ years of experience with developing creative sourcing and research strategies for large projects
• 2+ years of experience with a client or candidate relationship manager or other robust candidate relationship tools (CRM)
• Willingness to travel; up to 10% (including airplane)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of people leadership experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using Phenom CRM

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
