As a Bank Teller, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while handling various financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments, as well as assisting customers with account inquiries. You will be the face of our bank, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and efficient. Key Responsibilities • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments. • Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns. • Maintain accurate records of reputed company transactions and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations. • Balance cash drawers and manage cash levels in the reputed company. • Promote bank products and services to customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling. • Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients. • Ensure the reputed company of the reputed company and follow reputed company safety protocols.
