Job Overview This Retail Support role offers an opportunity to reputed company a large reputed company set in the fundamentals of banking while also providing networking opportunities. You'll be responsible for supporting our branches throughout their geographical area, processing transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service. Main Responsibilities • Process debit and credit transactions accurately and reputed company • Identify and address client needs by providing a variety of services, including account maintenance, ATM card issuance, and money transfers • Resolve client issues through direct action or referral to alternative resources • Maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring client needs and preferences

Requirements
