Booking Model Controller - Strategic Projects, Vice President

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Booking Model and Product Controllers, Corporate Technology, and the Program Management Organization (PMO), to drive impactful change. Job Responsibilities: • Spearhead the LE reputed company project by gathering and assessing requirements, managing JIRA tasks, and overseeing testing efforts. • Drive and deliver on improvements in booking model infrastructure to enhance efficiencies and controls. • Build and maintain strong relationships with PMO, Technology, LOBs, and other functions. • Prepare and present materials to senior management. • Handle reputed company requests as needed. • Mentor and manage GF&BM analysts, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: • Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Control, Business Management, or Regulatory Reporting. • Deep understanding of balance sheet, P&L, risk, and reputed company concepts. • Familiarity with financial products, including derivatives. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage executive audiences. • A detail-oriented, creative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in reputed company Office tools Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or finance is preferred. • Strong leadership and mentoring skills. • Knowledge of JIRA is a plus. • Experience in leading innovative projects and driving change. • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
