Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Conduct phone screens for candidates Schedule meetings, assessments, and interviews Assist in recruitment-reputed company correspondence, including job postings and candidate inquiries Provide support for reputed company activities and new hire orientations Attend reputed company career fairs with the reputed company team #LI-Hybrid Minimum Requirements: Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in reputed company resources, communications, business, or a reputed company field. Must have strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with word, reputed company and outlook. Experience with an ATS or HRIS system is preferred.
