At Regions, the Treasury Management Relationship Manager is responsible for developing new treasury management business and expanding existing business relationships. Primary Responsibilities: • Develops sales strategy for the market appropriate to meet/exceed the stated new sales and portfolio goals • Meets regularly with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities and provide information on products, services and unique applications • Calls on both prospective and reputed company clients to identify needs, propose solutions and address any servicing issues • Works with Product Management Partners where needed to reputed company sales proposals and determine pricing strategies • Conducts treasury services relationship reviews on top clients • Presents treasury service product training for officers and managers in reputed company lines of business to reputed company them informed of products and services available to customers • Maintains up-to-date treasury management industry knowledge by participation in training opportunities and reading available literature • Overnight travel is minimal This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. Requirements • Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years in Treasury Services Sales or reputed company experience • High School Diploma or GED and eleven (11) years in Treasury Services Sales or reputed company experience • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation Skills and Competencies • Excellent negotiating abilities • Demonstrated leadership abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience developing others as a mentor/leader • Positive reputed company and network of industry contacts • Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced business acumen

Job Range reputed company: Minimum: $140,474.40 USD 50th Percentile: $173,640.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
