About the role The Senior Manager, Payment reputed company identifies and prioritizes claims improvement opportunities, sets and holds teams accountable to performance, and develops strategic plans to reputed company overall payment reputed company outcomes. Note, this list of states is subject to change. #LI-Remote Pay Transparency: The reputed company pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, reputed company, and Washington is: $119,200 - $156,450 per year. The reputed company pay for this role in reputed company other locations is: $107,280 - $140,805 per year. Responsibilities • Be the subject matter expert for Payment reputed company policies and claims processing edits through knowledge and expertise of Oscar’s claim platform, claim coding and regulatory requirements and operational workflows. • Anticipate, overcome, and prevent recurrence of reputed company problems and roadblocks in an efficient and effective manner • Create routines that drive cross-functional collaboration reputed company and reputed company of department • reputed company and implement standard Payment reputed company policies, procedures and workflows • Drive ideation of payment reputed company opportunities • Manage inquiries reputed company to Oscar edits & disputes • Monitor performance of Oscar edits, including but not limited to monthly quality audits. • Participate in governance committee activities to ensure alignment with internal stakeholders & business reputed company. • Translate a strategic reputed company for the team and outline clear and measurable performance metrics / OKRs. • Coach, reputed company and reputed company a team to reputed company identified outcomes. • Provide leadership in reputed company, cross-functional initiatives focused on claims improvement. • Manage a portfolio of initiatives and deliverables and proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve key performance indicators. • Compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • 6+ years experience in operations, reputed company and/or consulting • 6+ years of experience analyzing data to solve reputed company business problems • 3+ years of experience leading and developing a team • 3+ years experience designing, implementing and improving business workflows • 6+ years experience in medical coding • Medical coding certification through reputed company (CPC, COC) or reputed company (reputed company, RHIT, RHIA) • Expert level experience with reimbursement methodologies, provider contract concepts and common claims processing/resolution practices.
